Many tunes made one appearance in the encore slot- some two-

and some never

I am begging you to call the tune- what would you have like to have heard as a regular rotation encore?

I would love to have heard Feel Like a Stranger in that slot.

Why? The irony of it- the Dregs have a song called "Take it off the top" that they used to play as an encore.

Closing the show with lyrics of "Let's get on with the show, let's go" would have been cool

The other day i was looking to see if Sugaree ever turned up as an Encore. Nope. For some reason i was thinkin' that mighta been pretty cool.

As for all the shows i was at (a latecomer, only a DH since mid-80's) I was always hoping for a Ripple, well, not always wishing for that every time but it's the only song in particular I ever wanted to hear as an Encore when I thought about what would be cool to hear, know what i mean?

Thinkin' more about it now, an Eyes of the World woulda been interesting, like a 1-timer. I think 1/2 the crowd woulda nearly dropped dead, no pun intended.

Lovelight would have been a cool one to send the crowd out with a buzz

night 1 Boston 1991. Love Light encore after they close with Dew. Also, there was a show in spring of 91, Nassau maybe, where one band member supposedly was having some sickness issues and the gig is VERY short. They make it up to the folks with a Terrapin encore.

That has to be the all time best, absolutely shocking encore...I can't see ANYTHING topping that one. Had no idea.

Were you there WT? It's a great modern day version and a total surprise to everyone except the guy in the tapers compendium who was tipped off.

Might as Well. Sent us off on some 1st sets but I would have like to have seen it as an encore.
